A love letter to art? Probably not – as I see it, this new Michael Bell-Smith video set to The Talking Heads “This Must Be The Place” is mostly about being comfortable with art. Whether we want to think about it or simply live with it is up to us. Bell-Smith is represented by Foxy Production in Chelsea.

    That was a music video that really didn’t offer much in terms of artistic interpretation of living with/thinking about art- aside from collecting tv/movie images. I’ve seen those clips in their actual place in Law and Order and Ferris Bueller… made more of a comment about art in those environments because it was detached from any art for art BS. I only watched the whole thing because This Must be the Place is one of my favorite songs. lol
