(“This is private property,” a gallerista in towering heels shot back. “We're here to sell art.”) Ingrid Homberg, a gallery visitor unconnected to the group was roughly removed by the police. <br />

Useful to read because Gagosian continues to be unfriendly to visitors, but also painfully longwinded. Also, Gagosian doesn't allow photography but the author reports everyone was taking pictures. This seems unlikely.

Hi, I visited the Kiefer show in early December and took tons of photos. So maybe this rule had been relaxed for this show. I certainly wasn’t secretive or sneaky about taking them–I’m sure the attendants saw me.
Just for clarification, it’s the New Yorker article that’s long-winded, not Gagosian. Although the Kiefer show was somewhat visually long-winded. Towering heels are the new jackboots.
