It’s surprising to it take as much as four post-graduation years for abstract painter Mark Barrow to get a solo show in a commercial gallery. His painstaking attention to creating geometric shapes on canvas are wildly accomplished, which is why they’ve been mentioned twice previously on Art Fag City. Dealer Zach Feuer also gave his 2008 exhibit at White Columns the thumbs up, and Art in America’s web editor Alex Gartenfeild discussed his work in Interview Magazine in 2009. Time to start talking about Barrow a little more.
