The music, the dancing, the one-handed push-up and roll – it’s all incredible. Even better, now we all have a new genre of YouTube videos to scour! Apparently some of us have been doing this longer than others — this clip has shown up on a few websites over the years. Consider this post an answer to the call for greater aerobicizing men in singlets distribution.
