Introducing AFC’s New Curatorial Fellow David Harper

POST BY PADDY JOHNSON

AFC’s new Curatorial Fellow David Harper looks shockingly like a hipster puppy. No matter. Even if he were an ironic dog of the internet, it would still be a pretty solid qualification to work here.

Suffice it to say we’re very excited to introduce David Harper to our readers. Not that many won’t already be familiar with his work. Visual arts curator for the Brooklyn Academy of Music, and associate curator for the Austrian Cultural Forum, Harper is what I like to call a young veteran of the arts. He’s done a lot in a very short time, building the BAM visual arts program over the past four years, amongst his more high profile projects.

David Harper will be spear heading a number of new projects at AFC yet to be unveiled as well as a few you’re already familiar with, which means one very special announcement for today: The return of Best Link Ever! I CAN’T WAIT!
