What is Art Fag City’s greatest accomplishment to date? Hosting PUSSY FAGGOT’s Happy Hour next Thursday evening! Mostly, I’m thrilled to be associated with independent curator and producer Earl Dax’s fabulously named evening of queer performance and culture, but also: free Sky Vodka. For our part, we’re hosting the screening of Ryan Trecartin’s video P.opular S.ky 9-10 pm at The Delancey Lounge. Performance artist Penny Arcade and actress Sophia Lamar host the larger event, which includes performers Bambi Lake with Kenny Mellman (Kiki & Herb, Our Hit Parade), Chez Bushwick co-founder Jeremy Wade and Deee-lite’s Lady Miss Kier to DJ! Those guys are great and all, but the real reason to attend will be Art Fag City’s custom made tattoos! Schwag, people — come for the schwag!
