Had to look through the archives to remind myself that this is the same collector who made Greek laborers drag a heavy Matthew Barney vitrine out of the ocean for the amusement of art world bigshots, during a four day insider wankathon described in mind-searing detail by Linda Yablonsky ( http://artforum.com/diary/id=23143 ). Paddy criticized the Yablonsky report in a smartass post ( http://www.artfagcity.com/2009/06/25/artforum-files-really-dull-report/ ), drawing Brian Droitcour out of the shadows with both his sledgehammers, to defend Yablonsky’s honor by swinging repeatedly at Paddy’s head (lighten up there, Brian, OK, buddy?). Ah, good times.
