The word of Patrick Mimran, the popularly loathed Chelsea billboard artist, is spreading in Miami. An Art Fag City tipster says he’s spotted many hipsters wearing these t-shirts, speculating that these kids couldn’t possibly be from New York as shirts seem to be worn unironically. Has Mimran finally found his audience?
