The Hill,

Please take the time to provide links for your statements so I don't have to go searching through the web to figure out whether or not I can approve your comments.

Pollster has a full article on the subject of why landlines are called over cellphones and how this effects polling.

http://www.pollster.com/blogs/cell_phones_and_political_surv.php

Please clarify what polling has to do with the video posted.

Actually, the last statistics I heard had 49% of households still have landlines. Connectivity is not a word they know. I have never been polled, nor has anyone I'm asking who has a cell been so. Moreover, I have a son at the U of MI, and that's pretty much the rumor he's heard. How's that for a credible source?

Landlines still have their place since they are more secure and not prone to eaves dropping from frequency scanners. I think banks still use them too. I guess the only way to know is call Gallop and Qunnipinaicanackackakak.

The Hill: There's no way polls are still taken primarily through landlines. Even my mother has a cell phone, and my parents are about as rural as you get.

From what I understand, the polls are taken primarily through land lines, which are owned usually by older voters. Cell phone users tend to be a younger demographic and more pro Obama. The news channels, especially Fox, know all this, but want it not to get out since a lopsided race makes for poor ratings.

I think Obama is going 2b a victim of watch out what u wish for. It might be bad for a good person to be head of such a bad country, remember, they elected Bush/Chaney twice.

Personally, when I look at that brown water stain I see my uncle Lester looming over my bed at night, right before us having one of our secret visits. Praise be!

Well, with the economy in shambles, people are likely to see Jesus in just about anything, 'cause they're desperately hoping for a saviour...

Oh I don't give a crap about the link.

Hollywood wants us to believe in this shit as well. I live in the boonies in upstate New York and my wife and I went to see a film in Indian Lake. I love these small out of the way theaters. They were showing "Henry Poole Is Here" which is about jesus appearing in a water stain on the exterior of a house. The alleged effigy drips blood throughout the movie. The film infuriated me. The fact that they are selling this hokum to the public by using the magic of fimmaking is in and of itself disgusting. Religion has so much sway over the electorate of this country. So many people believe in the rapture, the day of judgment, heaven and hell, the second coming of jesus, the prophecies and historicism found in the old and new testaments. We are so fucked.
