It turns out 2009 Rhizome commission winners Jona Bechtolt, Claire Evans, Aaron “Flint” Jamison are working on more projects than just their proposed MARFA Webring. Bechtolt and Evans, also known as electronic duo team YACHT, for example, released their Summer Song EP, today . Maura Johnston over at Idolator aptly notes the video’s shout out to the J. Geils Band, a reference that would have otherwise gone right by me. Here I was thinking the video spoke to Michael Israel’s chest and Britney Spears’ costume design.
