					<description>when her work went up yesterday on 20x200, I wasn't drawn for some reason.  it's too deadpan and too monotonous.  however Curtis Mann's work that was put up today is great.  I seem to be drawn more to photography, especially in writing - thanks to Afterimage.   Hey, did you see "Photography on Photography" at the Met?  It's a killer.  If I had to choose between McKenzie and Mark Wyse or Roe Ethridge, I'd pick either of the latter.</description>

					<description>Yeah, I mean, I don't think these paintings document particularly well - as is the case with a lot of work that is heavily invested in paint handling.  They really are pretty spectacular in person though</description>
