I think it's probably accompanied by a similar lack of concern for anything other than himself and his orifices. Thank god, now I can get back to what I was doing. And if you think the marketplace thrives on editing, you're not paying attention. Or you're in denial. Or you're kidding yourself. Or you're being funny. God, I hope you're being funny.
